VT Condemns the ETHNIC CLEANSING OF PALESTINIANS by USA/Israel

The ”theory of the Madman” is a foreign policy conduct that aims to frighten one’s enemies by convincing them that one could attack them with enormously disproportionate, i.e. crazy, reactions. Such as Netanyahu’s current reaction in Gaza to the October 7, 2023 Hamas attack.
Such theory has been attributed to Richard Nixon, who made it a fundamental element of his interpretation of US foreign policy, in the years from 1969 to 1974, in which he was president of the United States of America.
However, it must be underlined that in the Nixon doctrine it was only an intimidation tactic aimed at sowing terror in the adversary.
Coming to the current situation, as everyone in the world now knows, even stones, Hamas terrorists on 7 October 2023 , together with Palestinian civilians, leaving the Gaza Strip, attacked Israeli territory by surprise, killing at least 1,194 people, including Israeli civilians and soldiers, and ending with the kidnapping of around 250 of these, captured and taken prisoner to hideouts within the Gaza Strip at the end of the day.
This action, which Hamas gave the name Operation Al-Aqsa Flood (Arabic: عملية طوفان الأقصى, ʿamaliyyat ṭūfān al-ʾAqṣā), was planned and executed by Hamas, with the support of other Palestinian terrorist groups.
Israel responded militarily to this attack with the army.
But allow me to recall some considerations in this regard:
- The first is that Israel had been warned in advance of the imminence of this attack by foreign intelligence services as witnessed by them.
- The second is that the Gaza Strip was surrounded by a network of sensors that would have detected the passage, not of a terrorist, but of a single cat as testified by a former Israeli surveillance officer.
- The third is that many Israeli casualties were victims of friendly fire.
- The fourth recalls my article on the Hannibal Directive.
- The fifth is that the mainstream media considers information from Israeli sources to be objective and neutral while it is at war with disinformation like and more than any other country.
On October 26, 2023, the ground invasion operations of the Gaza Strip began, aiming to isolate the city of Gaza from the southern part of the territory and the genocide of the civilian population began.
With this act Netanyahu has crossed the Rubicon of International Law.
The problem is that this act establishes a dangerous and threatening precedent for the future.
This act reminds us a similar one: the Tannenberg operation during the Nazi invasion of Poland in 1939, special action teams of the SS and police (the Einsatzgruppen) were used, with the function of arresting or killing civilians caught in the resistance to the Germans or considered capable of doing so, according to their status or social position.
Tens of thousands of wealthy landowners, clergymen and members of the intelligentsia or government officials, teachers, doctors, dentists, journalists and others (both Poles and Jews) were murdered in mass executions or sent to prison and concentration camps.
German units and self-defense forces composed of the Volksdeutsche also participated in the executions of civilians.
In many cases, these executions were acts of revenge against entire communities responsible for killing Germans. In an action codenamed “Operation Tannenberg” (Unternehmen Tannenberg) in September and October 1939, approximately 760 mass executions were conducted by the Einsatzkommando, resulting in the deaths of at least 20,000 prominent Polish citizens.
Killings and expulsions became daily practice.
While at the same time the International Community aligned with the USA or the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada are united in a cognitive dissonance comparable to that Munich conference, an international meeting which was held from 29 to 30 September 1938, between the leaders of the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Italy, respectively Neville Chamberlain, Édouard Daladier, Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini.
With the paradox, however, that the Munich conference preceded the Tannenberg operation by about a year, which represented Germany’s transgression of the pacts envisaged by the conference and which justified the United Kingdom’s entry into the war.
For this reason I talk about cognitive dissonance of Western leaders.
Because they delay in freezing their reasoning faculties the day after October 7, 2023 without considering the change in the situation that occurred on October 26, 2023 with the invasion of the Gaza Strip by Israel.

And with the IDF’s reaction being completely disproportionate as well as illegitimate because it was against defenseless civilians.
I want to insist on the cognitive dissonance of Western leaders because they linger on some completely unrealistic or logically fixed thoughts and tactically incongruous.
I am referring to the fact that I continue to mention the two-state solution envisaged by the UN which, however, on a practical level does not seem feasible at all.
It wasn’t yesterday.
Nor does it seem practicable today.
Or the fact that (they) all agree that first Hamas must return the hostages then we can discuss a ceasefire.
Without considering the fact that the lives of the hostages represent Hamas’s life insurance. For what little it seems worth.
Given the enormous disproportion between the military strength (technological, strategic, intelligence, political) of the IDF and that of Hamas.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant told a Knesset committee that the war will consist of three main phases.
- A first phase which involves air strikes and a ground maneuver to “destroy the operators and damage the infrastructures in order to defeat and destroy Hamas”,
- a second phase which “eliminates pockets of resistance” and
- a third which aims to create “a new security regime” in the Gaza Strip and the surrounding area.
In reality, it seems that the concept was developed by the Labor government of Israel in the 1950s, whose pacifist Prime Minister Moshe Sharret wrote in his diary of some government officials who “spoke in favor of acts of madness”, and that “ we will go crazy [if they make us angry].”
This formulation of a policy of the madman ante litteram was directed in part against the USA itself, considered unreliable by Israel at the time.
