Covid – An agenda for population control? – Part 3: Neurostimulation and nanotechnology as a weapon system
NewsVoice was granted exclusivity to publish a unique literature study in five parts written by docent Tomas Persson on the global "covid agenda". In this part, neurostimulation and nanotechnology as weapons systems are discussed based on known research and observations during the covid crisis.

Neurostimulation
Neural sensing [1] and stimulation [2] form the basis for creating a brain-machine interface. "Brain–machine interface" (BMI) is a device that translates neural information into commands, which can control external software or hardware [3].
Real-time monitoring of brain function with wireless nanotechnology, so-called "smart dust"was presented in 2013 [4-7]. In 2015, there is a great deal of interest in the material graphene as its ability to interact with nerve cells and nerve fibers was identified [8].
Graphene has unique properties that make it suitable in microelectrodes for simultaneous reading of the activity in a large number of neurons [9]. An article from 2015 [10, 11] describes how a newly developed graphene-based implant can record electrical activity in the brain at low frequencies and cover large areas of the brain.
"Neural dust " is a wirelessly powered brain-computer interface consisting of a piezoelectric sensor in the 10-100 µm 3 scale that can record brain activity from the extracellular space and convert it into an electrical signal [12].
Graphene-based nanoantennas could also enable intelligent “smart-dust” swarms to work together [13, 14]. It has been found that graphene oxide injected into mice opens the blood-brain barrier and then accumulates in the brain, especially in the thalamus and hippocampus [15].
In 2015 , Charles Lieber's research group published results that showed that by means of an injection directly into the brain of living mice, it was possible to create a three-dimensional network covered with small electronic devices, which could record and stimulate signals from individual brain cells in the mice's brain [16, 17].
The technology enables continuous and simultaneous reading of thousands or millions of brain cells. Charles Lieber holds a large number of patents in nanotechnology and neural sensing [18].
Graphene nanotubes can improve performance in reading signals from brain cells [19]. Porous graphene electrodes show superior impedance and charge injection properties, making them ideal for highly efficient readout and stimulation of activity in the cerebral cortex [2].
Graphene nanotubes or carbon nanotubes have now been identified both in the Covid-19 injection fluid and in the blood of injected humans [20].
Researchers talk about the possibility of connecting the brain to the internet and just by thinking, being able to access all information online [21, 22]. Hypotheses and theory to enable both uploading and downloading of data via a brain-computer interface were published in 2019 where neural nanorobotics ( Nanobots [23, 24]) can cross the blood-brain barrier [5, 25, 26], but the timetable for practical implementation was stated to be 20 to 30 years in the future [25].
Hydra Vulgaris is an organism that has interested researchers, among other things because it is immortal [27]. They have succeeded in measuring signals in Hydra Vulgaris nerve cells (neural networks) and mapping how they connect to special behaviors in order to understand the structure of neural networks [28].
It has recently been shown with experiments on rats that nano-sized robots, so-called "nanobots" loaded with cancer drugs can be injected into the bloodstream and reach the brain, pass the blood-brain barrier and deliver the drug into the brain tumor [29, 30].
Thus, it has been shown in scientific publications that both graphene oxide [15] and nanobots [30] can cross the blood-brain barrier and accumulate in the brain. At the same time, graphene nanotubes or graphene electrodes are considered to be superior for achieving highly efficient reading and stimulation of activity in the cerebral cortex [2]. In addition, the goal is that the interface between the brain and the Internet should be able to be installed via injections [16, 17].
Ray Kurzweil , an American computer scientist said in 2015 that in 20 years we will be able to connect the brain (neocortex) to the cloud by adding nanorobots to the bloodstream [31]. Even the World Economic Forum's founder Klaus Schwab [32] "predicted" in 2016 that people will have microchips implanted in their brains as early as 2026 to connect to the Internet [33].
The link between the Covid-19 injections and brain-computer interfaces is discussed by Karen Kingston and Ana Mihalcea [34]. It thus appears to be technically possible to use injections to transform people into humanoids, i.e. human robots, which are controlled by artificial intelligence via the Internet. If two-way communication via brain-computer interface is implemented, then artificial intelligence poses a threat to human freedom on a completely different level than could be imagined.
According to a report from DARPA, dated 2018 [35] (figure 1), which describes the objective of a research project, next-generation non-surgical neurotechnology is to be developed and tested under the N 3 program.
These "nanotransducers" should be able to be delivered in an invasive (non-surgical) manner, which includes injection, oral delivery, or inhalation, and involve technology that self-assembles inside the body.
The technology should enable high-resolution neural recording and stimulation, i.e. two-way communication. So it seems that DARPA further developed Charles Lieber's technology for neuromodulation, which has now been tested during the injection campaign, where the project goal was to connect people's brains to the Internet.
However, it is unclear whether sufficient numbers of injections were achieved for the trial to be successful on a larger scale. Personality changes from the injection have been identified in some cases where brain damage from the injection has been discussed as a cause [36, 37].
Nanotechnology is also identified in the blood of "unvaccinated" individuals?
Disturbing findings [38-43] state that graphene-like structures, hydrogels and quantum dots previously identified in the injection fluid and in the blood of individuals injected with Covid-19 have now also been identified in unvaccinated individuals. It gives an indication that there are more spread routes for the nanotechnology than via the Covid-19 injection.
Shedding
One possibility for the transfer of nanotechnology from injected to non-injected that has been discussed is "shedding" , that is, the transfer of particles between people. Shedding has been suggested as an explanation for side effects occurring in non-injected subjects [44-47].
In Pfizer's guidelines for vaccine testing [48] on page 67, it is stated that it should be recorded if, for example, a pregnant or lactating woman comes into contact with a recently injected individual, indicating that Pfizer is aware of the possibility of shedding of nanoparticles.
Another FDA report on guidelines for shedding studies [49] states that sheddingcan occur from the patient treated with gene therapy preparations through one or all of the following means: excreta (faeces) secreta (urine, saliva, nasopharyngeal fluids, etc.) or through the skin .
The question is whether sufficient quantities can be transferred?
Andra besvärande fynd är att grafenoxid eller nanoteknik påträffats i blod från kött [50, 51], och magnetiskt kött har dykt upp på marknaden [52-57], vilket kan betyda kontaminering med grafenoxid.
Utveckling av mRNA injektioner för boskap påbörjades 2016 av Bayer och BioNTech [58] och produktion av CureVac’s mRNA-baserade vaccin börjar tillverkas i Tyskland 2021 [59].
Gates Foundation har sedan 2018 samarbetat med University of Edinburgh för att utveckla vaccin och genetik för boskap [60]. Forskare arbetar med att utveckla ett mRNA-relaterat vaccin för att bekämpa Lumpy Skin Disease(LSD) hos nötkreatur [61].
SEQUIVITY från Merck Animal Health är ett kundanpassat vaccin för svin som nyligen presenterats [62]. mRNA vaccin kan redan ha injicerats i Amerikanska grisar under fem år [63] och amerikanska bönder börjar nu injicera mRNA i boskap [64-67].
Kunskapen att sprida vaccin via grönsaker har funnits sedan år 2000 [68] och inandningsbara vaccin som dessutom är självspridande utvecklas där RNA knyts till ett befintligt virus och spridas från person till person utan samtycke [69].
En ny studie redovisar lyckade försök med att skapa antikroppar mot sars-cov-2 i möss via komjölk [70]. Introduktion av mRNA vaccin för boskap, kanske kan förklara varför Bill Gates, en programmerare och datapionjär köper upp jordbruksmark [71] och samtidigt investerar i vaccinteknologi [72]. Bill Gates är sedan 2021 den största privata markägaren i USA med totalt 98 000 hektar jordbruksmark [73].
Hydrogelsubstanser och nanoteknik har också påträffats i insulin [74-78], vilket kan förklaras med att kvantprickar (Quantum Dots) kan användas för bioavkänning [79] och kan bland annat reglera insulinkänslighet [80].
Nanoteknik har också påträffats i andra läkemedel [81-85], i tandbedövningsmedel [86-88], i vanliga vaccin [89, 90], i monoklonala antikroppar [91] och i dricksvatten och i regnvatten [92].
Nanotechnology world association, NWA [93] är en oberoende och huvudsakligen branschinriktad förening vars uppdrag är att påskynda och underlätta implementering av nanoteknologiska lösningar inom alla sektorer av den globala ekonomin och de tycks genomföra sitt uppdrag väl.
Ana Mihalcea [94] anser att vi bevittnar en pågående sammansmältning mellan syntetisk biologi och mänsklig biologi. Att nanoteknik nu också identifierats i regnvatten av Mihalcea [92] aktualiserar frågeställningen om spridningsvägar för grafenoxid och nanopartiklar.
Ana Maria Mihalcea intervjuar Clifford E Carnicom [95] som berättar att han identifierat främmande syntetiska livsformer i människoblod sedan 1999. Fynden liknar den nanoteknik som funnits i både Covid injektioner och i Covid-19 injicerades blod, men som nu också syns i ovaccinerade individers blod. Magnetiskt material har också samlats in från trädgårdsbord [96] och snö [97], men vad det magnetiska materialet består av har inte analyserats.
Fynden av nanoteknik i regnvatten och magnetiskt material i stoft väcker frågan om nanoteknik rutinmässigt sprids via stratosfärisk aerosolinjektion (SAI)? Användning av grafenoxid för molnsådd beskrivs i ett patent [98].
För att undvika kontaminering och anrikning av nanopartiklar, nanoteknik och grafenoxid i levande organismer, måste faktiska och möjliga spridningsvägar identifieras och kartläggas. Spridning av nanopartiklar och nanoteknik behöver regleras och kraftigt begränsas. Försiktighetsprincipen berättigar även frågan om det finns militära applikationer för injicerbar nanoteknik och för att få en bild av dessa möjligheter kan det vara värt att genomföra en spekulativ studie kring nanoteknik som vapensystem.
Nanoteknik som vapensystem?
Det har visats vara möjligt att utöva extern trådlös kontroll över hjärnceller hos möss med bara en knapptryckning [99]. Det är möjligt att slå på eller stänga av neuroner i ett levande djur efter behag, upprepade gånger och utan implantat, genom att konstruera cellerna för att göra dem mottagliga för radiovågor eller ett magnetfält.
Jästceller kan programmeras att generera utsignaler som svar på stimuli [100]. Militära applikationer beskrivs av Charles Morgan som forskar inom neurobiologi och rättsmedicin. Morgan berättar under en föreläsning för militärer [101] vid tiden 27:45 att jästceller kan programmeras att tillverka nästan vilken substans som helst och i kombination med CRISPR tekniken [102, 103] kan en substans konstrueras som skulle döda en enda utvald person i världen.
Genom att konstruera en ”designer receptor”och placera den i kroppen och genom fjärraktivering kan den aktiveras så att den börjar producera önskad substans (DREADDs). Det är även möjligt att programmera stamceller som kan programmeras att bli det du önskar och placera sig på önskad plats i kroppen i väntan på de fjärraktivering.
Då denna typ av vapensystem som inriktas på enskilda individer baseras på personens DNA, varnas nu för att lämna ut sitt DNA till marknadsaktörer [104].
Morgan berättar också att det går att radera mänskligt minne genom att programmera en cell som går in till rätt plats i hjärnan. Radering av gener som bidrar till fundamentalistiskt beteende med vaccin (FUNVAX projektet) är andra tillämpningar av genterapi [105].
Morgan förklarar att nanopartiklar är skadliga om de ansamlas i hjärnan och kan på så sätt användas för att orsaka stroke [106]. Vidare beskriver Morgan att man lyckades fjärrstyra en människas armar via ett icke-invasivt gränssnitt mellan två olika människors hjärnor, något som publicerades 2014 [107].
Vad är syftet med de potentiellt destruktiva tekniker som påträffats i Covid-19 injektionen?
Celeste Solum [108] beskriver att framsteg inom syntetisk biologi gör det möjligt att ändra funktionen i levande organismer och att förändringarna kan distribueras och integreras i levande organismer via bland annat mat och vaccin.
Rima Laibow, som 2009 varnade för en kommande pandemi och att Världshälsoorganisationen (WHO) inför tvångsvaccinationer med syfte att döda och skada [109], har uppfattningen att det finns en plan för att reducera antalet människor och förslava de som överlever [110].
Pierre Gilbert varnade 1995 [111], för en kommande biologisk förstörelse med en kontaminering av mänsklighetens blodomlopp genom att skapa avsiktliga infektioner och obligatorisk vaccinering. Vacciner skall enligt Gilbert göra det möjligt att kontrollera människor.
Gilbert berättade att ”vaccinerna” kommer att ha ”flytande kristaller” som kommer att lagras i hjärncellerna, som fungerar som mikromottagare av elektromagnetiska fält med låga frekvenser. Genom dessa lågfrekventa vågor kommer människor inte att kunna tänka och du kommer att förvandlas till en zombie. Gilbert menar att detta provades i ”Rwanda” via CIA operation ”Crimson Mist” [112].
En faktagranskning från 2021 [113] anser dock att Pierre Gilberts påståenden saknar grund, men Gilberts förutsägelser om att människornas blod kommer att förorenas med ”flytande kristaller” stämmer ganska väl överens med blodanalyser som presenterats i en studie av Cipelli et al. [114].
Nanokapslar
Shimon Yanowit visar mikroskopibilder på Pfizer och Modernas Covid-19 injektion [115] (tidsstämpel 1:30:55) som visar sfärer som han anser vara liposomer (liposomes [116]) nanokapslar (nanocapsules), mikrobubblor eller nanosfärer [117].
Dock skulle dessa fynd även kunna beskrivas som luftbubblor. Genom mikroskopi av injektionsvätska har även mikrobubblor med svarta kanter identifierats av Zandre Botha[118] (Figur 2) och Ilia Bachev [119, 120] (JOHNSON&JOHNSON).
Dessa är närmast identiska med mikrobubblor av grafenoxid som presenteras i en vetenskaplig artikel [121], vilket utesluter möjligheten att det skulle vara naturliga formationer. Fynd av nanokapslar diskuteras också i denna presentation [122] (tidsstämpel 13:27).
Frågan är varför dessa nanokapslar skulle finnas i Covid-19 injektionen?
A review of methods for the release of payloads enclosed in graphene oxide-encased magnetic nanoparticles shows that local heating and release can be activated with electromagnetic radiation in the frequency range between 50 kHz and 1 MHz [124].
Use of graphene oxide in these nanocapsules was a novelty in 2013, which showed good mechanical strength and biocompatibility [125]. Mobile phones can be used to release drugs via graphene oxide based nanocapsules [126]. But why have these nanocapsules been identified in the covid injection and what might they possibly contain?
Dr. Rashid Buttar [127] and attorney Todd Callendar [128-130] speculate that Marburg, E. coli, and Ebola were introduced into the covid injection via nanocapsules, and that it can be released via the emission of 18 GHz signals that open nanospheres [131, 117] and promotes the uptake of the nanospheres into red blood cells [132].
In principle, it thus seems to be possible according to the description in reference [123] about the transport and remotely controlled release of medicines that the technology can instead be used for the release of infectious agents or other poisons.
That it would be Marburg virus in the capsules is justified by the fact that, in parallel with the Covid-19 pandemic, there was also a preparedness law against Marburg virus [133, 134]. It is therefore debated whether the next pandemic could be Marburg [135-137].
A PCR test for Marburg has been developed [138] and vaccines against Marburg are under development [139]. These nanocapsules could thus theoretically constitute a form of Trojan horse that can be activated after the completion of the injection campaign, but it is unclear what percentage of the injections have these capsules.
Historically, there have been few cases of Marburg, and it is believed that the risk of infection is low, but that the mortality is high [137], hence a pandemic spread between people is unlikely.
According to a compilation [140], the number of athletes collapsing or dying has increased sharply after the roll-out of the Covid-19 injections since January 2021, but has now fallen back to lower levels again.
An unusual form of collapse with head rotation followed by convulsions (rotational seizures or vaccine death spiral) has been captured on surveillance cameras [141-145].
I denna video [146] beskrivs nanokapsel-tekniken som bärare av substanser och en hypotes/spekulation ställs upp att frisläppande av substanser från nanokapslar skulle kunna orsakas av elektromagnetisk strålning och att det kan vara orsaken till de plötsliga kollapserna med huvudvridning följt av kramper. Ormgift uppges ge kramper med spända muskler och kan därmed orsaka kvävning [146].
Sammanfattning
Sammanfattningsvis verkar det vara tekniskt möjligt att med injektioner installera ett hjärn-datorgränssnitt och transformera människor till humanoider, alltså mänskliga robotar, som är styrda av artificiell intelligens (AI) via internet.
DARPA:s rapport från 2018 [35] klargör att sådana intentioner finns. Eftersom nanotekniken i Covid-19 injektionerna hemlighållits, kan vi utgå ifrån att syftet är att tillskansa sig makt över folket och i ett sådant scenario utgör AI ett direkt hot mot människans frihet.
De militära och medicinska applikationerna möjliggör direkt kontroll över liv och död genom fjärrutlösning av nanokapslar med skadliga substanser eller via programmerbara jästceller som riktar sig mot specifika DNA.
Besvärande fynd gör gällande att det finns flera spridningsvägar för nanoteknik och magnetisk grafenoxid än enbart via injektioner.
